When I was in 3rd year, my 1st time to experiences becoming an ICT students because I belong to the top 2 section in the regular class. Untill now I'm already a 4th year student and I'm lucky that untill now I am also an ICT student. What does it take to become an ICT student ? For me, it takes a lot I've learn how to manipulate a computer and how to use the computer better.
Being an ICT student, we learn a lot from this subject and were very thankful because we have a subject like this. We learned about computers. We also learn the History of internet and who are the man behind this. I learned also how to create a blogger and how to post it. Using the computers, it took advantages to the other students who don't have this kind of subject.and we are very lucky that we are once a student of ICT in TLE. We also learn how to make a Windows Movie Maker, their parts and what are the uses of the effects like video transitions and etc.

"MY DREAM, MY FUTURE"
If you ask me this question in my childhood, I would say:" I want to be a teacher, a doctor, an Stewart ....and so on..." But now if you ask me this question. Everyone has dreams. Weather they be to become a scientist and discover new and amazing things, or become a star basketball player and be the highest paid player in the league, people dream about their future. I have dreams for the future just like everyone else.I will do whatever it takes to achieve it.
Can a person exist without a dream? Hardly ever. Everyone must have a wish for his life not to be just a physical existence but a real happy life full of aims and their fulfillment, adventures and complications. I personally have three largest wishes. I wish to travel to London, and create an ideal family in future. These dreams make my life go round, because whatever I do I try to make them come true.
Seeing through around the earth, we will find all kinds of people exist in the world. I think why those people are different from each other might be a difficult task to study, which factor influences and drives them different. It is lucky that I am the one among them so I know that mine is my dream.

I have been stimulating by my dream, from the day I knew why I came into the world to so far and even in future, which making me different from others. It is a goal, an aim, a direction for my life. It is not strange from outside, but from inside. It is to be an accountant. to become a certified public accountant
CHANGE: IT STARTS WITH ME
All of us change, in little way or in big way. But being a student, can we possibly change for the better. As a student, we can change even just doing a little thing. Most people say, “I already change for the better.” But deep inside, they are not. They take changing for granted. They make resolutions but are just play for them.
As a student, change possibly starts s with me. Yes I can change the world by being a good role model to others especially to the youth. And maybe they can use us as their inspiration to do good things that will lead them to help and change the world not only for the better but for the best. Showing them up that we change will possibly follow us and lead others to change until we meet the CHANGE we want for ourselves.
In every struggle in our life, we ought to be strong. Don't show your weaknesses to others.Or rather you show to them how strong you are in facing any problems.Tuesday, 7 February 2012
Kannawidan: The Ylocos Festival
Ilocos Sur especially Vigan is branded as the Heart of Ilocandia by the Philippine Historical Committee. It’s a province very rich in culture and heritage. Kannawidan means traditions and this province got to showcase all what she has.Kannawidan has lived up to its mission and vision, that of preserving and perpetuating the rich Iloco cultural, artistic, historical and intellectual heritage. The Vigan festival aims to harness Ilocos Sur's rich historical values and products in order to attract foreign and local tourists and investors.Thousands of tourists and visitors flock to Vigan and its neighboring towns during the unique festival to have a glimpse of the old traditions, culture and unique products of the people of Ilocos Sur.There was the tribal performance of the cultural communities of Ilocos Sur which is so fascinating. They displayed their talents as well as their indigenous costumes.
Kannawidan is colorful and fascinating! we should be proud that we had this kind of festival in our province. It is the biggest and best-known festival in Vigan.. It brings out all the treasures hidden in the heart of the place ,and also the talents possessed by the artistic Biguenos .

New Year , New Me
Goodbye 2011, hello 2012!!
Its been another year of my life and I thank God that in the years that had passed, I succeeded all the problems and trials that came to my life.I thank God for he blessed me good health and gave me people who surrounded me with love and care.
When another year has come, we usually have what we call "resolution". Me my new years resolution is to live my life to the fullest and at the same time , be serious in all aspects of life.In the passed year, i was just a happy-g-lucky person.I was not able to think and grab the opportunities that knocked in my life. I thought opportunities were scattered around. But I was wrong 'cause opportunity really knocks once. This year I want a total makeover .. Not in the physical appearance but in my attitudes and motive in life..I want a new me,but not in way that others would get mad at me because i have changed. I wont forget all the people who helped me get up in time when I am down, people who enlightened me with words of courage in times of darkness, and for that someone who walked around to pick up the pieces of my broken heart .I want a new me, in the way that i wouldn't longer be too insensitive and have no care for the things around me.I will let people who became part of my life know that they are important to me and I'm thankful for having them in my life.
This year , I will be a better me..Others will see the new me..And Iwill do my very best to reach all these goals...

Mother Tongue
A first language (also native language, mother tongue, arterial language, or L1) is the language(s) a person has learned from birth or within the critical period, or that a person speaks the best and so is often the basis for sociolinguistic identity. In some countries, the terms native language or mother tongue refer to the language of one's ethnic group rather than one's first language. Sometimes, there can be more than one mother tongue, when the child's parents speak different languages. Those children are usually called bilingual. Sometimes the term native language is used to indicate a language that a person is as proficient in as a native individual of that language's "base country", or as proficient as the average person who speaks no other language but that language. The first language of a child is part of their personal, social and cultural identity. Another impact of the first language is that it brings about the reflection and learning of successful social patterns of acting and speaking. It is basically responsible for differentiating the linguistic competence of acting. To a person his mother tongue is a “blessing in disguise”. It is not merely a time-table subject in his education but is forced upon him from all sides.
Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities
"Equal rights, equal opportunities: Progress for all" re-emphasizes that equal rights and opportunities lead to improved health outcomes for women and girls.
Discrimination towards women and girls, or what is known as gender-based discrimination, is one of the most pervasive human rights violations. It severely limits the ability of women, girls and the communities they live in to protect and promote their health. Gender-based discrimination is irrevocably connected to negative health outcomes for women and girls. Its associated poor health outcomes are often compounded by other forms of inequality related to socioeconomic status, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation or geographical location. While these challenges are imposing, and often encoded in "normalized" ways of living, International Women's Day renews our commitment to denounce violations in human rights and to challenge unequal systems, structures and practices that perpetuate health inequalities across the world.
